The National Centre of Excellence – NCoE consist of 5 Directorates that work harmoniously together to function as an Institution. All 5 Directorates are each commanded by a High-Ranking Officer which holds the position of Director. Each of the 5 Directors report directly to the ACP - Training.
The Assistant Commissioner of Police – Training (ACP - Training) reports directly to the DCP – Deputy Commissioner of Police who intends report to the Commissioner of Police.

The word that was shared to the 222 Recruits is to dedicate themselves into their training and be able to pass out as officers equipped with the necessary skills in order to protect lives and properties within the communities where they are stationed in Papua New Guinea.
