Training Directorate
The Training Directorate is responsible for training Recruits and Cadets passing through the National Centre of Excellence – NCoE. It is directed by a senior ranking officer who reports directly back to the Assistant Commissioner of Police – Training (ACP – Training)
The Training Directorate consist of a Director, Training Managers, Training Coordinators, Instructors and Guidance Officers including Squad NCOs commanding each squads. In 2023, 222 New Recruits were selected for Batch 1 and are now in training. Batch 2 which consists of 221 will be arriving at Bomana NCoE once the first batch complete their three months training in Community Policing.
